Description of Problem:

As I am running a Tekkit server, I am OP, and whenever I use my electric jetpack or dark matter tools the just stay at the power I originally had them at, never going down. I am sure this is OP only, I have tested it with 2 other people and the non-OP ran out of power, while the OP didn't. Please help since this ruins my Tekkit experience. Btw, I do have permissions EX, just don't want to have no OPs and only people in sometimes buggy groups
