Launcher doesnt work/start correctly

Java Version: 1.7.0_04

Antivirus Program: 50 % off the time the launcher just crasehs while tring to update

40 % off the time the launcher start but is in "offline mode"

5 % off the time the laucnher starts and lets you select a server, but it says "bad login"

5% all works well

Description of Problem:
