Title: Tekkit Server fails to bind to ANY port!

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Windows 7 64-Bit

Java Version: 7.0.30.5

Description of Problem:

So, when I launch my server it refuses to bind to any port I choose. I have diabled firewalls, switched my local IP, customised to server ports, installed a fresh version of the server and nothing works. I have searched for programs that are already using the multiple ports I have tried to use and there is nothing bound to them at all.

Error Messages:

03:06:46 [WARNING] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!

03:06:46 [WARNING] The exception was: java.net.BindException: Cannot assign requ

ested address: JVM_Bind

03:06:46 [WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port?

Is Java running elsewhere? Are you using a software/hardware/vaporware/Tupperware firewall that might be blocking ports? Sorry, got carried away there.

the problem is maybe that u have a client open before starting the server... then u get this error sometimes... be sure no java application is running before starting the server!

first the server and after that your client^^
