Tekkit Fails to Update

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: 1.6.0_20

Antivirus Program: When i load up the tekkit launcher, this error comes up ' alt='' class='ipsImage' >' alt='' class='ipsImage' >

The client still loads but it doesnt let me connect to multiplayer servers because its outdated

Also on the minecraft screen it says Minecraft 1.1,

ALSO 99% of The it says connect to minecraft in offline mode,

then when the thing finally works it starts updating and this pops up

Description of Problem:
