Hexxit server doesn't load plugins.

Recently I was hosted by True World Gaming, and if you follow the recent events, they were hacked, deleted & shut down. I had a backup of my files, so I went to MineSpan.com & got a new hosting package.

I FTP'd the files directly to the server, set my default jar as mcpc-plus-1.5.2-R1.1-forge738-B653.jar (this is the MCPC jar file) as the custom jar file and the server starts, my map is there, but only 3 of the many plugins load. I have no PEX, no Essentials, etc. If anyone could point me in the proper direction, I would appreciate it.

I don't even have any basic perms, though my character is listed as "Owner" in the player file.

Turns out, it was a Java issue. Java 8 conflicted with MCPC+ 1.5.2, Mitch Smith @ Shockbyte figured out that my files would need to run on a Java 7 node, everything is as it should be!
