Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Java Version: JRE 7u5

Antivirus Program: When I open the launcher, it takes a long time to open and oftentimes when it does it'll say can't connect to minecraft.net. When I click play offline, or, when it occasionally lets me log in, it shows the Mojang screen, then an error message. I've tried clearing the cache, same exact thing.
