Launcher Version: The previous version, Before 3.0.3

Java Version: Completely updated.
Antivirus Program: First off, Im not good with computers really, As you could probably tell from my answers to the questions above..
But I keep getting a download failure, The update stops at 44% then stops, Then fails..Ive already cleared cache, Uninstalled and re-installed, And done a ton of things.. Nothign has worked.
