After trying to launch the technic launcher it stays frozen on the launcher banner.

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3.exe and .jar

Operating System: Windows 7

Java Version: 7 update 5 64 bit

Antivirus Program: I have tried installing multiple types of the launcher (.exe and .jar) and neither one works. The launcher downloads like it should and then it gets stuck on the technic launcher banner and never goes to the mod select page. I have heard of this on multiple occasions and this is driving me crazy. I have yet to see a single solution to this problem though. I hope you can answer my question. Thank you.
