i cant login or chose a mod pack

Launcher Version: technic-launcher-latest

Operating System: Windows 7

Java Version: jre-7u4-windows-x64

Antivirus Program: When i open the Launcher I can enter my username and password, but I am unable to chose a mod pack, because there are none there but in the program files under .techniclauncher it has them there. Also i cant evin click the options, login or mod select button.
