help forge not working

for some odd reason when i start up my modpack (Click Here)

its says "missing requiers forge minimum version 10.13.3.1373

You're using a version of Forge that is not supported by one or more of the mods in your pack.  

As it says, download a later version of Forge.*Mod edit: nope* The adfoc.us link is NOT mine. It's the link provided by Forge.

i downloaded the version needed but how do i install it to a technic modpack
