I can tell you I'm using the technic launcher, with the tekkit mod pack in the picture (I will be posting this on their forums as well). Now, this is the only mod pack + texture pack combination where this is THAT bad. It is very unplayable. If I launch vanilla with technic launcher, with this texture pack (Sphax something, I can't remember exact spelling), there are very very few video glitches. It's highly playable, at least to the point where I can live with a weird piece of wood here and there, or a cloud bugging up.
It also happens in tekkit if I'm using no texture packs, just the normal minecraft textures. Although as with vanilla WITH the texture pack, it happens very seldom, and is highly playable. But as soon as I put the texture pack back on, it becomes like this. I have tried reinstalling again and again, redownloading texture packs, tekkit add ons for the texture pack, everything. Fiddling with video settings, how much memory it's allowed to use when launching etc etc.
I'm using Windows 7 64 bit, Java 64bit, Geforce GTX 570 with newest drivers and 6 gigs of RAM.
I don't know if the problem is directly technic/tekkit related, Sphax related, or my computer.
I hope someone is able to throw me a few bones here as what I can try to remove this. Thanks in advance!
