RedPower not working inside of towny towns.

Title: RedPower not working inside of towny towns.

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Linux CentOS 5 64-bit

Java Version: Java 7

Description of Problem:

A lot of people is having problems with Towny and BC, IC and RP. I manage to make BC and IC work by changing the fake players ([buildcraft], [industrialCraft]) to my ingame name. But in the redpower config file, there's no option for a fakeplayer and i've tryed oping [RedPower] but still not working. Anyone have a fix for this?

If the land is claimed than nothing works. So try un-claiming the land and try again.
