Server wont even load

Title: Server wont even load

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: Java 6 Update 29 (build 1.6.0_29-b11)

Description of Problem:

Whenever i try to start this up the console stops loading at that exact spot and dies whenever i press enter... i tryed removing the mods and it loaded then readded them.. it did not load so its a problem with the mods that i got from the tekkit server zip.. any thoughts on the problem?
