Launcher Version: From my problem i cant tell what version it is!

Antivirus Program: When I click the technic launcher then I run it and then a window pops up saying that there is a problem with Tekkit and or Technic! I think I know what is wrong with it but i just wanted to know the soultion to the problem and how to fix it!!
