Tekkit/PermissionsEx/WorldGuard Help!

Hey, I'm having trouble getting Worldguard in my permissionsex so i can customize who can Worldguard and who cant on my tekkit server. Anyone know what to do and how to add worldguard permissions with permissionsex?? Answer back or skype me: Damon1202

Also a list of useful permission nodes having to do with Worldguard, Permissonsex, iconomy, and worldedit would be really helpful.

Second, could i get some formatting tips for permissionsex? whenever i try to do something the rank gets disabled/glitched. It has nothing to do with console i'm %100 sure its my formatting in the permissionsex file thats messing it up.
