do you mean like your just floating and theres no blocks but you can walk or do you mean everything is actually blue like all the blocks

Your render distance in Video Settings is too low. Increase it. Fyi, right in the middle of the bar is "Far".

i was just asking him what he was seeing i don't have the problem but i do know that sometimes i have logged into single player servers and there has been no world so i just exit and rejoin and its fine i was just asking him.
