Technic Launcher Will Not Work

Launcher Version: Not Sure

Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit

Java Version: Java 7 32-Bit

Antivirus Program: When I open the technic launcher, an error message pops up. That message is described in the error message box. Clicking continue does nothing. THe launcher was working before, but then my tekkit kept crashing (about once very 10 minutes). Eventually one time after it crashed i went to open the launcher again and got this message.

When I open the technic launcher, an error message pops up. That message is described in the error message box. Clicking continue does nothing. THe launcher was working before, but then my tekkit kept crashing (about once very 10 minutes). Eventually one time after it crashed i went to open the launcher again and got this message.

Error Messages:

Unhandled exception has occured in your application. If you click Continue, the applicationwill ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediatly.

THe system cannot find the file specific.

Oh, i just installed 64-bit Java and now it works, but my Tekkit keeps crashing! Is there any way to stop it from crashing?
