The game starts fine but when I enter the game all the textures are gone

Operating System: Windows Vista newest update.

Java Version: Java 6 Update 33 (can't use 7)

Antivirus Program: Whenever I opt to enter the game it loads, but is missing all textures. It is similar to entering a server and falling through nothing, but without the part where it stops. It also occurs in singleplayer.

Check your render distance (Video Settings). If that doesn't work, then check your launcher log and, you know, post it.
