Tekkit "Launch.bat" file not detecting Java?

I'm trying to setup a Tekkit server, but for some reason the Launch file won't dtect I have Java installed. I'm using Java 7, Update 5. I've tried using Java 6, but all I got is a console full of [sEVERE] java.lang (Insert other stuff here) Errors. How do I get this working?! I can't post this in the Bugs Topic because I just created this account today :/
