Launcher.bat problem

Operating System: windows 7

Java Version: Windows x64 (64-bit)

Antivirus Program: Hey i wanted to start an tekkit sever for me and my friends can play on. but when i started the launcher it stands that i need to press any key to contiune. When i press like enter the launcher closes. i have tried with many keys it just closes and dose not continue any help?

do u have the correct java version installed as well as, are u running the launcher as administrator ?

also try to disbale ur windows firewall for the initial setup, sometimes it blocks the launcher from binding to the port.

There, ummm, should be an error message in that window where it asks you to press any key. What is it?
