[Modpack Help] Iguana Tweaks not being recognized

Hey all, thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
Long story short I'm trying to install iguana tweaks and failing.
The mod is in my mods folder with all dependencies up to date.
The modpack functions perfectly EXCEPT there is no trace of iguana tweaks anywhere​
I have gone through every mod and tried to update them all and ensure there are no unnecessary mods

The mod is simply not there. Maybe you confused it with inventory tweaks?
