Technic Launcher Wont start

Antivirus Program: When technic launches it says unhandled exception has occured in your application. I press continue and it doesnt work.

That's a java error log, not the launcher log. If the launcher won't start at all, you probably don't have one, though. Try the .jar. Otherwise, we need more info, like what AV you have, and whether you have multiple versions of Java.
