white screen after loading world and server

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.3

Operating System: windows7

Java Version: java platform SE binary 6.0.270.7

Antivirus Program: i was installed the sphax-purebdcraft-texturepack , it work but i didn't have the tekkit version so i deleted that one and installed the correct one then patched it with the mcpatcher when i went to test it it was ok then i tried to load a world. it did its usual route when it got to "loading chunks" then the screen flashed then said "saving chunks" the screen was dimmer than before and white screened. so i deleted EVERYTHING that had to do with the install the text. pack and tekkit ect.

i downloaded it again but this time when i signed in to tekkit it acted as if purebdcraf was the default text.pack. i have tried everything i can think of i usually don't need help i'm pretty good with computers. i would appreciate any help.

Reinstall OptiFine and see what that does. That means copy the contents of OptiFine into your modpack.jar, in case you're wondering.

But I used MCpatcher not Optifine does it still apply?

Thank you for you help. I was not able to use your solution but I was able to fix it by deleting my vanilla Minecraft and Technic and re download them.Thank you so much any way.
