Trys to update and keeps failing

Launcher Version: 1.01.3

Operating System: windows

Java Version: 32 bit

Antivirus Program: I click to update Technic and about halfway through it will stop and say Download

failed I also tried Yogbox and the same happened but it stops at 7% so I tried

w/out it updated and it wont let me play and gives me an error message
