Error with Commandbook.

Launcher/pack Version: 1.0.1.3, 3.0.3

Operating System: windows 7 32bit

Version of Java: 7.5

Description of Problem: Whenever I try to run any SMP commands I get an error.

Error Messages:

I have tried several things like updating world edit to the latest version and a few other things but i cannot seem to still run any commands.
