harvinfan12 Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Hello everyone! I have a problem with my wind turbine. I have glass fiber cable connected to a batbox on the ground. The cable goes 89 blocks up then reaches another batbox. Out of the batbox four separate glass fibre cables, that are 2 blocks long, connect to four wind turbines I have up there. The wind turbines don't even make that wind blowing noise they usually do, like they aren't turned on or something. I have all of the inputs and outputs right. I don't know what is causing this. Please help! Quote
Torezu Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Stick another batbox about 30 blocks down the the top one, and another about 60 blocks down. You're running the cable too far, and losing all the power on the way. Quote
harvinfan12 Posted July 17, 2012 Author Posted July 17, 2012 Sorry I had a typo it is 30 blocks high. I still tried to put a batbox at halfway up the cable, but it still is not working. Quote
Torezu Posted July 17, 2012 Posted July 17, 2012 Then the wind turbines might not be up high enough. I think they need to be at...75? 80? before they start generating power. Quote
