Modpacks don't work, and version is always 1.8.3

I got a problem...

• I just can't open modpacks (it just work with vanilla modpack, and I never tried with the ones that come with launcher) 

         When I touch play in any modpack, it dosen't open Minecraft (I think is because the version is 1.8.3 and the mods are 1.7.10)

• I tried all the opitions of java settings, and IT JUST COME 1.8.3 (and I want to play on 1.7 version)
• I got 64 bits computer and I got java 7...
• I need help! 
• I'm using the portable version (don't know why it was installled as portable, but it dosen't interfere, right?)
• Here are the names of my modpacks: MasterCraft-FanMaker and CasalCraft.
