Forge version in Tekkit 3.0.3

I looked around, and while I could find this same question asked by a few people, I never found any answer.

What's the forge version in tekkit 3.0.3. I know it's not the latest, it's obvious. But I'm trying to add mods and knowing which version I'm working with would help greatly.
