Launcher issue 20% failed

Java Version: latest

Antivirus Program: AVG,maleware byte.

Description of Problem:

I'm trying to start tekkit itself, i got past the Cant find java directory issue, but I'm now stuck unable to load up tekkit itself.... it stopped at 20% and says Failed beside the 20%. this is my first time getting tekkit itself.

Just shows the download is Failed.
