Can't log into my server

Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit

Java Version: 7.0.10.8

Description of Problem:

When i try to log into my server i get the screen saying logging in but then it say "disconected by server you must have forge build #136+ (4096 fix) to connect to this server".

I'm new to this and i have no clue what to do.

Any help would be great.

Update to 3.1 - manual select, as it's not a recommended build yet.
