Description of Problem:

Every time anyone on the server tries to place a electrical pipe from IC2 It just comes up with Internal server error. I have the following plugins: All the of Essentials plugins, Mcmmo, simple lock chest, virtual chest.

You need to host your server on something better than OS: Dell laptop version.

Nuthin wrong with hosting on a laptop. 4GB of ram will easily let 10 friends on Tekkit, and won't cause problems like this, so don't bash them for it.
