Description of Problem:

I'm running a tekkit server on my own computer and I'm unable to connect to it with localhost/127.0.0.1 or my local ip. This is a recent issue and happens on both 3.0.4 and 3.1.1. I tried a clean install of tekkit and that didn't work, and I tried the new server download and that didn't work.

Before posting in the tekkit section, are you sure this is tekkit related? Meaning can you run a normal MC server, and connect to it using localhost?
