halo2party Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 Hello, I'm looking to create a Tekkit server (with the 3.1.1 version) so a few friends of mine can play with me. But I fail to have any knowledge on setting one up. I can set up the regular Minecraft servers fine, with all the port-forwarding an whatnot. Could anyone give me some instruction on setting one up? (also, I'm kind of opposed to using Hamachi) Thanks! Quote

I was running a small tekkit server with me and 2 friends via hamachi, but they've more or less lost interest and Id like to continue playing on my server without having to risk using hamachi. How might I go about hosting a server? Quote
