Opening the launcher

Description of Problem:

Whenever I try to open the launcher, it says 'Downloading Launcher' and finishes doing that fully, but then it give me an error saying "The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden..." It cuts off there, but under that it just says 'Error'
