Tekkit crash when loading

Launcher Version: 0.5.4.9

Operating System: Windows xp (x86) version 5.1

Java Version: 1.6.0_31

Antivirus Program: Avast

Description of Problem:

When i try to install the LASTEST version of tekkit, it will install, minecraft will run, and then the MOJANG will pop up, i then get the error report given, solution?
