server plugins not working

hi, im new to this whole tekkit sever thing and i tryed to in stall a couple of plugins and when i get in the game they do not work. i type in /plugins and it tells me that the plugins i installed are there but none of them seem to function

any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Moved to General Tekkit. You posted in the single-player section.

On topic, you need to be more specific. Every plugin works differently, and many of them rely on permissions and such to function, correctly or at all.
