Technic launcher not working

Description of Problem:

Hi,Ive been trying to install tekkit,and ive been using the technic launcher,Ive started with a fresh .Jar,And a fresh technic launcher,I started to install it,But it always gets stuck! It also kinda glitches the numbers!Please help
