All Mods using the Luncher hang at the "Mojang" Screen

Launcher Version: Current (Redownloaded it 45 minutes ago)

Operating System: Windows 7 Starter Edition 32 bit

Java Version: 7 (Update 5) (Downloaded recently)

Antivirus Program: Avast! antivirus (Disabled while debugging)

Description of Problem:

Used the standard debug process, Attempted full reinstall of both Java (all versions where uninstalled first) and a full clean-out of the .techniclauncher folder causing a fresh install. Also attempted to adjust versions and ram settings. Minecraft's Vanilla launcher works without issue.

Also closed all background applications (Steam, Gamebooster, antivirus, media players etc) and the program still crashed upon arriving at the Mojang Screen.

The window cannot even move or close the window and any windows brought over it leave visual artefacts.

Update: I used a tweak to fix the issue. Don't ask how I did it I am not incredibly sure. Sorry if I wasted anyone's time. Regardless knowing this issue exists and how may be of use to the developers in the futre so: I REGRET NOTHING.

I'd appreciate what you googled and where you found whatever tweak you did, I'm having this same problem.

1. I I swapped to windows classic interface,

2. Went too ".techniclauncher\"modpack name"\bin

and open the jinput.jar. (on a mac you may have to rename the .jar to .zip and extract it, then rezip

and rename to a .jar after you're done.) Delete Meta-INF."

3. Switched the ram setting from 1gb to 512mb

4. Swapped my system resolution too 800x600

5. Ran as administrator.

Not sure what one of those did it but its worth a shot.
