How Do I add plugins to my tekkit server?

I am hosting a tekkit server for me and a few friends. How would i be able to add bukkit plugins? Does anyone have a tutorial? Thanks

im trying the same, dont think you can use bukkit plugins though because they are for a different mod loader. you would need forge mods and copy them into the mods folder on the server.
