Pump(block) dosnt drop down the actual pump

Title: Pump(block) dosnt drop down the actual pump

OS: windows 7 home premium 64bit

Java Version: 7

Description of Problem:

This is on a server where i power a pump with 2 redstone engines and it dosnt axtually pump anything out the pump entity dosnt go down in to the source. Ths used to work using the same set up but now it dosnt?

Use steam engines instead of redstone engines
