TooManyItems Doesn't Work!

Antivirus Program: Basic Windows 8 Virus Protection

Description of Problem:

When I open my inventory I see my inventory and the right-hand-side panel with all the items. It is impossible to collect any items from the items side and it is irritating. Also, the left-hand-side, upper corner is completely black. Minecraft also appears to have been downgraded to 1.1. This is quite irritating.

Error Messages:

None.

Error Log:

None, the game doesn't register any problem.

Open your inventory, select options and turn on cheatmode by clicking recipe mope on the to right. to many items does not work on survival mode i dont think.
