My pc gets shut down and rebooted after i've pressed the "login" button

Operating System: Windows xp 32 bit

Java Version: 1.7.0_05

Antivirus Program: Norton (i've already disabled it and tried it, doesn't do any good)

Description of Problem:

Computer shuts down upon pressing log in, i have had it working without issues a few times in the past, it seems random.

too long to read before pc shuts down.
