When It begins to lag, I save the game, I exit it. And I relaunch it. This fixes the problem with the lag, but most of the item I lose ALL my items that I had in my inventory, and It makes me start at spawn. The same thing happens to me when It says Minecraft has run out of memory. Please help, Tired of losing countless diamonds and items.
