Tekkit 3.1.1 server - NotManyItems/RedPower problem

Description of Problem:

I start Tekkit 3.1.1 server on my linux server...

1. First problem is - in world generate IC2 and RedPower tin, copper. I look into RP config - and tin, copper generating was set to 0. So where is the problem? I need remove these RP ores from world.

2. Next problem is - I have enabled /op and gamemode and options set to "Cheat mode", but I can´t take items from NotManyItems, it only give me a recipe. I think, this cause "AuthMe" plugin...

I'm not sure about problem 2, but for 1, did you happen to install Forestry on your server? That also has copper and tin.

I think no, I install only default server mods... and Forestry was removed from tekkit in 3.0.3..
