white screen in my world

Launcher Version: 1.0.1.0

Operating System: windows 7 homepremium/64 bit

Java Version: not sure... :s i think 64 bit JRE 7 docs (pretty sure it''s that one)

Antivirus Program: none (i did not install one)

Description of Problem:

when i create a world it does really create it but when im in the world all i see is a light blue screen, i do see mobs that are spawned (i can see them through the blocks, i see the outlines of the mobs) and i discovered that i can see my world (how it is supposed to be) when im underwater. does anyone know how to fix this??

Stop posting mod pack problems in the Technic Launcher Bugs section, for one. Then go into your Video Options and increase your Render Distance to something above where it's at.
