Blightfall server problem

so today i downloaded the blightfall server so me and my brother could play we are both on the same ip so LAN doesn't work. when i open the server file they is 3 start ups one called blightfall one called minecraft server 1.7.10 and one called start. all three of them. work when you try to join they either close on there own or just crash telling me to press any button then it closes. the error it tells me was it was a internal problem and the host closed it please help
