Title: Tekkit Crashes When On Multiplayer Then Unable To Launch Again

Version: 3.0.3/3.0.4

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: Latest

Description of Problem:

I was playing for over an hour on a Tekkit server then i opened a chest and it crashed. This happened before so i closed it with Task Manager, deleted .techniclauncher file and reinstalled Technic Launcher. It worked, but it has done it again. I dont want to keep going through this process every time. So, is there a fix?

Error Messages:

When i try to open the Technic Launcherit says:

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

the process cannot access the file

'C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\.techniclauncher\technic-launcher.jar becuase it is being used by another process.

I think the problem was due to electrical storms in the area the server is being hosted, also, the admin was having problems due to this, so hopefully it was down to that, not my computer or the server!
