Description of Problem:

There is no tall grass in Tekkit Server 3.1.1. We had to downgrade to 3.0.4 in order to fix the problem, but this removed functionality from the game.

Those are normal error messages and can be ignored. Try bone-mealing grass. If that doesn't work, something else is messed up.

Bone mealing grass DOES work.

However, that doesn't stop the non-existence of naturally occurring tall grass in our world. We looked for miles, through several different biomes. So. Yeah :(
