Server help error!

Someone please help! I want a tekkit server and I already have a host but I cannot get the actual server working, even though i did it before. I have the EXACT same thing running on my local computer using windows and the host useses linux. Here is the error that I get:

Try the Tekkit Bug Board, with a bug report. Or just search for the error, it's common enough. I believe it involves a server reinstall to fix, since it's a config issue.
