Blacklist problem

I did not see anyone else with this problem if there is another post i will be gladly to remove this one

Using essential to blacklist some tekkit items and it does not work people are still able to use the items. I don't know if its because using essentials to black list but if their is a plugin that works for blacklisting tekkit

Ex iam putting this in the essentials config file
